Women are hardwired for community. We have been gathering in circle for centuries. This Mother’s Circle is a gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. Designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

Are you craving a space where you can talk about deeper things?

Are you newly postpartum or years into motherhood?

Did you have a smooth or challenging birth experience?

Do you want to get to know yourself, in this new role and identity of being a mother?

This space is for all of you.‍

Location: TBD (will take place in Livermore or Pleasanton)

What is a Mother’s Circle? This is an intimate in-person event for postpartum women. We will learn practices that support the female nervous system, we will connect to our wombs, we will share powerful stories, we will sing, we will be mothers together.

Who is this for? This gathering is geared towards postpartum women. You might be freshly postpartum, or years into motherhood.

Can I bring my child? Pre-crawling babies are always welcome.

What to bring? A water bottle, journal, comfortable clothing. Everything else will be provided.

The gatherings will blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

Connection is a core part of the process. Mother’s Circles are wonderful opportunity to meet and be amongst other women.
